- Vinny’s By The Slice and More provides this on-line order facility as a service to our customers. For this purpose, we need to collect some basic personal information about customers.
- The information we collect is limited to that which we need in order to provide this service.
- When you place an order online with Vinny’s, an account is automatically created for you based on the email you use. This is done primarily to enable you to use additional time-saving features such as: Saving your favorite order and choosing the delivery address from ones you have used previously.
- We collect your name and address to confirm you are a valid customer and are within range of one of our stores, we store this information so that you do not need to re-enter it each time you use the service. This information is forwarded to our store so that they may service your order.
- We also require a telephone number. This is essential in case the store has a question or problem with your order and should be a number you will be reachable on when the order will be filled.
- If you do not wish us to retain this info we will delete it from our system (send us a request using the Contact Us feature). However, each time you re-order from us, you will need to notify us that you wish us to delete your information.
- Your information is used solely for the purposes outlined above and is not shared with anyone outside of Vinny’s By The Slice and More.
We do not disclose your personal information to others without your consent, except as required or permitted by law. - PayPal and square Payments: The following applies if you elect to pay for goods via the secured PayPal or square service. All payments are processed by PayPal or by square and we do not keep a record of your credit card or debit card number for payment purposes. You acknowledge and agree that we are not involved in the processing of any payment transaction between you and PayPal or square and acknowledge that PayPal’s or square own terms and conditions apply to each payment. You should ensure you are familiar with all of PayPal and Square terms and conditions that apply before you submit any payment through Them. To the extent legally permitted, in no event will Vinny’s by the slice be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages of any type whatsoever in any way connected to, related to, or arising from any payment transaction you enter into with PayPal. We may plead these Terms as a bar to any claim, action, proceeding, or suit brought by you against us for any matter arising out of any transaction between you and PayPal or Square.

Does your website track any data?
We do not track any user data via our website. But if our website depends on any third-party service, they might track user data. This can happen in the following two ways:
1. Embedded Widgets
Some of our websites have features to integrate embedded widgets as is, from third-party services (like Facebook Like, Facebook Recommend, Twitter Tweet official buttons). You can include relevant text in the privacy policy of your website as mentioned below.
2. Third-party APIs/Connections
Our website sends a request to third party APIs via website visitor’s web browser to fetch information (like social shares, social comment count). This request made by a web browser may include an IP address, which can then be seen by the third-party that it’s being requested from. We collect your public profile data only from your consent that you grant before initiating Social Login, from the social network used to login to our website. This data includes your first name, last name, email address, link to your social media profile, unique identifier, link to social profile avatar. This data is used to create your user profile on our website. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending us an email.
Facebook Comments
